I am Danish and I moved to England in the late 1960s. At this time I was working as a potter. However, I became interested in ecclesiastical embroidery and undertook the City and Guilds course in Embroidery and Design under Yvonne Morton and Gisela Thomas, finishing part II in 1989.

Since then I have produced a steady stream of church vestments and altar frontals.

I have regularly exhibited my work with West Country Embroiderers.

I have also held very successful solo exhibitions of my ecclesiastical work and my textile pictures and embroidered panels. My most recent exhibition was in 2005 and was described by 'Dorset' magazine as "stunning stitchery".

I have also been involved in other projects associated with local churches.
